However, the area feels unsafe, especially with unsolicited encounters outside the hotel, which detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, there were issues with the room keys that many guests, including family members, faced during our stay.

Our room was spacious and inviting, with soft pillows that made for a restful night. The staff was quick to offer help wherever needed.

Unfortunately, parking was quite a hassle, especially returning late in the evening. We struggled to find a spot for our smaller car.

We had a fantastic time visiting the many events at the Big E and Eastern States Exposition grounds, all just a short drive from the hotel. Everything in our room was tidy, and the breakfast selection was excellent, just like at the best hotel we've stayed at in Western Mass.

the queen room with two queen beds was spacious and had nice amenities like a flat-screen TV, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. the indoor pool was perfect for the kids, and there was a fitness center available. breakfast had a good selection, including warm options, which made mornings stress-free.

It was just a smart choice for a holiday in Springfield with very good value for money. The breakfast had a good selection of items, which was a nice surprise. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast to beat the rush.

Perfect for Couples Getting Away

During our stay, the breakfast really blew me away! ! They had this selection of real nuts and craisins for oatmeal, and Nutella too! Also, the location was unbeatable for what we needed. Everything was in close proximity.
